The Beast and the Runaway

Working on some digital coloring techniques, so I chose two characters from my personal Invierno project: Ivan the Beast and little Marip.

I could not help but adore it when the original traditional base work comes through the digital coloring, so I need to try practicing techniques that can work with traditional works. I wanted this to come out rather Phobs-like.

Father Time and the Whole World - unfinished

Just placing Father Time in an environment and there is no other place I could well imagine him being in except for the world above our own; breaking, slicing, summoning, giving our world the time it needs is his specialty. Where else to put a god at if not on top of our earth?

For a character design project we currently have for Digital Illustration, I bothered to suck it up and try my hardest to try and at least make my work look like something someone would have spewed out with the intention to look (oh what is the word) "classy"? The concept of Father Time in myth has always been something that stuck to me and so I bothered to play around with the idea.
